Having troubles logging in?

Having trouble logging in? Here are a few steps to help you troubleshoot the issue.

1. Ensure you have the correct password, correct key combination and check if CAPS Lock is on.
2. Check your User ID provided to you.
3. Check to see if you have internet connection, if you do, your connection might be down, or host may be unreachable. Try pinging 8.8.8.8 from your terminal(command prompt) if you are on PC/Mac to check if your connection is active.
   > ping 8.8.8.8
4. If you are on a mobile device, try refreshing or go to www.google.com to see if the page loads.
